Rachel Gribbin is a Paralegal for Pannone Devereaux & O’Gara LLC’s (PDO) Boca Raton, Florida office. With extensive experience in the legal field, Rachel provides paralegal support across several of the firm’s practice areas, including corporate and business, banking and creditor’s rights, litigation, and trusts and estates planning and administration.

Rachel assists PDO attorneys with a wide range of matters, including corporate filings, litigation and personal injury matters, probate and estate planning. She is experienced in court filings and docketing, document review and analysis, legal research, preparation of estate planning and litigation documents.

Rachel has a longstanding history with PDO, having originally joined the firm’s Rhode Island office in 2008, where played an integral role in PDO’s special masterships practice, assisting with complex monitoring projects, court filings, reports, and document management.  Rachel also assisted the firm’s government relations and legislative affairs practice group with tracking legislation and regulatory matters.  After relocating to Florida, she gained in-house legal and regulatory compliance experience with Hilton Grand Vacations, supporting counsel with legal documentation and state regulatory filings, before rejoining PDO in its Boca Raton office in 2016.

Earlier in her career, Rachel spent more than five years with the State of Rhode Island’s Office of the Governor, where she supported the Governor’s Executive Legal Counsel and Deputy Attorneys and worked closely with state departments and agencies. She also provided support to the Legislative and Policy staff during legislative sessions, including preparing materials for transmission to the Rhode Island General Assembly.
