Cathy A. Brien is a Paralegal with Pannone Devereaux & O’Gara LLC, bringing more than 40 years of legal experience to the firm. She supports the firm’s attorneys in estate planning and probate administration, corporate and business matters, and commercial and residential real estate transactions.

Prior to joining PDO, Cathy served as a Paralegal with Gilstein, Kinder & Levin, LLP, where she worked with attorneys and clients on the preparation and administration of wills, revocable and irrevocable trusts, probate estates, and federal and state estate tax returns. Her experience also includes assisting with business and nonprofit formations, partnerships and limited liability companies, corporate governance documents, and business purchase and sale transactions. Cathy also has extensive experience supporting commercial and estate real estate transactions, including title matters, contracts and leases.

Cathy studied Paralegal Studies at the Community College of Rhode Island. She has also been involved with the YWCA of Northern Rhode Island.
