Ann Marie Phillips is the Accounting Manager for Pannone Devereaux & O’Gara LLC (PDO), where she oversees the firm’s accounting operations and financial processes. With more than 35 years of accounting and financial administration experience, Ann Marie brings extensive knowledge and experience to the management of the firm’s day-to-day financial activities.

Since joining PDO in 2011, Ann Marie has been responsible for supervising the firm’s accounting procedures and managing accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, trust accounts, billing, and general ledger functions. She also works closely with firm management on financial reporting, budgeting and other financial matters, while helping ensure compliance with the firm’s established financial procedures.

Prior to joining PDO, Ann Marie held accounting and financial administrative positions in the legal, real estate and corporate sectors. Her experience includes serving as an Accounting Assistant with Holland & Knight LLP in Providence, as well as positions involving financial reporting, payroll, accounts payable and receivable, general ledger management, bank reconciliations and other accounting functions.

Ann Marie studied Accounting at Providence College and earned a certification from Katharine Gibbs School.
