Ralph M. Kinder is a Partner with Pannone Devereaux & O’Gara LLC and has practiced law in Rhode Island for nearly four decades, concentrating his practice in business and real estate matters, estate planning and probate administration, non-profit organizations, and land use. Prior to joining PDO, Attorney Kinder was a founding partner of Gilstein, Kinder & Levin, LLP and partner of Armstrong, Gibbons & Gnys, LLP.

Attorney Kinder advises individuals, families, and businesses on a wide range of estate and business planning, transactional, and real estate matters. He counsels business owners on business formations, commercial transactions, contracts and leases, employment agreements and human resources matters. His real estate practice includes family partnerships, commercial transactions, title matters, real estate litigation, and land use.

Throughout his career, Attorney Kinder has been actively involved in numerous civic, charitable and community organizations throughout Rhode Island. His service has included leadership roles with The Genesis Center, The Juniper Hill Cemetery, and Friends of Linden Place, as well as advisory involvement with Save The Bay, Prudence Conservancy, Bristol Yacht Club, the Providence Athenaeum and many other community organizations and foundations.

A lifelong Rhode Islander, Attorney Kinder earned his J.D. from Seattle University School of Law, where he served as an Associate Editor and Ombudsman of the Law Review. He earned his B.A. in European History from Tulane University, where he was an All-American sailor. He is admitted to practice in Rhode Island, the U.S. District Court for the District of Rhode Island and the U.S. Court of Federal Claims.

Attorney Kinder is a member of the Rhode Island Bar Association and the American Bar Association.
